Abstract

This article presents the research findings around the traits of a group of organizational experiences, which produce, interchange and distribute their profits. All of this is analyzed from the point of view of the supportive economy. Moreover, this paper gives some information about the organizations that are involved in this kind of supportive ventures. The objective is to show how these experiences contribute from the local level, to offer alternatives to a kind of economical system based in the maximization of profits, even if this implies both, a high social and environmental cost.
