Resumo

Learning is an everyday activity in modern societies. This reflective narrative explores key elements of specific learning theories and how they intertwine with adult learning on different cultural and social contexts. This paper adopts an ethnographic self-reconstructive approach that offers a thorough analysis. First, I go over relevant features of adult learning as the basis for the paper. Next, I offer a very personal and reflexive narrative with sound connections to theoretical tenets. A conclusion that derives from the paper states that learning is intimately connected to societies and their complexities.
