Abstract

The present work Theoretical and methodological foundations of the research, triggering factors of burnout syndrome characteristic of the work of people in charge of chair and / or program of the four schools and the Graduate Studies System of the UNED has as objective, present the theoretical and methodological foundations with which the research is carried out.
