Abstract

The present work Theoretical and methodological foundations of the research, triggering factors of burnout syndrome characteristic of the work of people in charge of chair and / or program of the four schools and the Graduate Studies System of the UNED has as objective, present the theoretical and methodological foundations with which the research is carried out. How the experience is systematized and the operationalization of it in the UNED. In a second moment, the factors and symptoms of the burnout syndrome will be shown, according to some authors such as Bosqued, M. (2008) and Gil-Monte (2011). In addition, support the importance of research for PROFIED and for UNED. Regarding the methodological part, explain how to achieve the objectives, approaches, sources of information, collection techniques. Epistemological considerations about definitions, factors, symptoms and manifestations of burn syndrome. Finally, the example of the survey to apply for people in charge of Chair and / or Program.
